"want to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature and disconnect from your daily life"
Here we are on the roads to discover the island of Campobello located in the Bay of Fundy in the south of the province of New Brunswick. A stay of 3 days and 2 nights at Anse Herring Provincial Park in the heart of the forest and by the sea. To get there from Fredericton we took the first ferry from "Letete" to "Deer Island" then a second ferry to the beautiful island of Campobello.
Do you want to recharge your batteries in the middle of the nature and just disconnect? Do you want to live a relaxing experience and take in your eyes and do nature activities? The place is perfect for you! Footpaths, cycle paths, boat trips to discover whales, crab fishing ... Children and adults alike will appreciate the beauty of this little island still so little known ...
800 people live permanently on the island of Campobello. We were able to exchange with the local population and our first impressions were "what sweetness, what kindness ...". They are passionate about their beautiful island and share with us the gems of this place. And you, what are you waiting for to live this experience?
We take you to discover Campobello through our photos .. Follow us!
- Herring Cove Provincial Park -
Herring Cove Provincial Park is located in the heart of the forest and is partially bordered by the Bay of Fundy. We opted for a tented chalet for two nights. In the middle of the forest, what serenity, what silence ... we can hear the sound of squirrels, birds singing and the sea rocking us to the sound of its waves. It is a perfect setting to meet up with yourself or as a family in a setting that will charm nature lovers.
Who had whispered to me that there were no activities on this island? ... I think the photos will speak for itself ... Have a good trip ....
